CLUB TERMS, CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES

PSC Parent / Guardian Information:

REGISTRATION
Post trials all Under 11 – Under 16 selected players will be invited to register on line for season 2012.
Pre-existing 2011 Perth Junior players from under 6’s – under 8’s will be able to re register on line from 16th November 2011.
Open registrations for all players for season 2012 will take place on February 12th 2012.
No player shall be registered with PSC Juniors nor registered with FFA until full payment of registration fees is received.

  1. Parents / Guardians, please complete separate nomination forms for each of your children. This includes new siblings wishing to nominate for a position in a team. All siblings will receive preference for available player positions, where possible.
  2. I / we agree to become financial member/s of PSC by paying the club registration fees, as noted on the fee schedule, in full prior to the commencement of the 2012 season. This shall entitle players, parents and/or guardians to ordinary PSC membership and the benefits entailed with such membership. No player shall be considered registered for PSC Juniors or registered with Football West and FFA until such time that registration fees are paid.
  3. I / we agree to adhere to the club’s constitution and by – laws.
  4. I / we give permission for a Perth Soccer Club official / and or designated photographer to take photos of my / our son/s or daughter/s to solely be used for Perth Soccer Club activities, newsletters, publications and official club website only.
  5. Please include the Football West Registration Form for all players. This is mandatory and a requirement of FFA. Players are unable to be registered to play without a newly completed form each season.
  6. Carefully fill in your child’s club uniform requirements, as there will be limited availability of other sizes. Uniform orders are placed according to information given on forms.
  7. Full payment of fees for 2012 season is required by 30th January 2012 for all player’s offered positions in U/11’s – U/16’s and all pre existing PSC Junior players’ in U/6’s – U/10’s from season 2011. All existing players from U/6’s – U/16’s may register at anytime from 21st November 2011 but prior to 30th January 2012. All pre existing players who chose not to re register by this date will be required to register at Open Registration Day where a place may not be able to be offered.
  8. Failure to pay fees, by the due dates, may also result in forfeiture of your child’s enrolment at the club, unless an alternative personal payment arrangement has been agreed to, in writing, between you and the PSC.
  9. All newly invited players for Season 2012 must register within 14 days of receiving official notification of a placement offer in all teams from U/11’s – U/16’s. Should the PSC Juniors within this time frame not receive registration then you the player may risk forfeiture of position offered if you have not made contact with the club to the contrary. It should be noted that this does not apply to pre-existing PSC Junior players from season 2011 that will be returning to the club in 2012.
  10. All positions offered are subject to player numbers and coaching availability requirements to field a squad.
  11. Parents/ Guardians of junior teams will be required to assist with a variety of team duties on match days. These are usually based on a team roster system and will include, but are not limited to linesperson duties; match refereeing, match day officials, team BBQ rosters and laundering of player shirts.


Club Guidelines

  1. Families with more than one child registering at our club, fees will be calculated as follows;
    a. The oldest child pays a Single Player Fee
    b. Younger sibling/s will receive a discount of $30.00 for their individual age group fees.
  2. Refund Policy - The Perth Soccer Club reserves the right not to refund all or part of a player’s registration fees. All applications for refunds are to be made in writing to the PSC Junior Committee. The committee will then inform the claimant of the decision reached. Decisions reached will be final and at absolute discretion of junior committee. A player withdrawal fee of $150 will be deducted from the total fees paid and retained if said withdrawal of player is after the official registration date of players with FFA and Football West for the season and players have been issued with player uniform kits. If players withdraw for the season prior to player registration with FFA and Football West then an administrative cost of $50 will apply on the proviso that all player uniform items are returned as new.
  3. Penalty fees for dishonoured cheques and/or other penalty fees incurred by the club due to the applicant’s neglect will be passed on to the applicant.
  4. All existing 2011 & new 2012 player’s must have the required uniform kit for their relevant age group. If an item is missing the player will be required to purchase the item. Replacement items will be at the team coach’s discretion in order to maintain uniform standards.
  5. The PSC reserves the right to allocate players into relevant teams and appropriate age groups. The club will endeavour to accommodate written requests for players to remain in existing teams where possible for 6 – 10 year olds.
  6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or stock availability, the PSC reserves the right to substitute and/or alter club uniform kit items supplied with items of equivalent value and quality.

In addition to the above New Player fees also include;

1 x PSC Spray Jacket

Plus New Premier Team Players also receive (except existing 2011 premier players going into U/14 to U/16 Premier Teams)

1 x PSC Polo Shirt

1 x PSC Sports Bag
