Balcatta confirmed their Premier League survival with a surprise 2-1
win against league leaders Perth SC at BGC Stadium - Dorrien Gardens in
the final game of Round 20 in the APB Premier Division on Sunday.
Second half goals from Nick Tatasciore and Lucas Whitehouse gave
Balcatta the lead, and although David Onoforo scored on 67 minutes to
make the game tight at the end, they held on and celebrated in the
changing rooms afterwards.
The home side, who knew a win would take them clear at the top of
the table, made one change to the side that beat Western Knights last
week, with Antonio Naglieri passing a late fitness test to take his
place in the side, replacing Onoforo, who dropped to the bench.
